Embraer today announced thatthe Phenom 100EV and the Phenom 300E business jets, along with the E195-E2‘TechLion’ commercial aircraft, will be on display at the AustralianInternational Airshow which starts on 28 February 2023. The aircraft on staticdisplay complement the products and solutions across Embraer’s diverseportfolio that the Company will showcase at its chalet.

This will be the E195-E2’smaiden appearance at the Australian International Airshow and the Phenom 300Eseries was just announced as the world’s best-selling light jet for the 11thconsecutive year.

There are over 11 businessjets and over 40 E-Jets operating in the country, mainly with AllianceAirlines, Airnorth, National Jet Express and Pionair. Several of AllianceAirlines’ E-Jets operate on selected QantasLink routes.

The E195-E2 TechLion is theworld’s most efficient single-aisle aircraft. With a capacity of up to 146passengers, the E195-E2 is part of the latest E2 family that is shaping theregional market with its sustainable technologies, superior cabin comfort,excellent economics and optimal range.

In early July 2022, Embraerand Pratt & Whitney successfully tested a E195-E2 aircraft on 100%sustainable aviation fuel (SAF). With 100% SAF, the 25% reduction in emissionscan be increased up to an impressive 85%. The E195-E2 also demonstrated itssteep approach capability by landing and taking off at London’s iconic CityAirport (LCY) just after the Farnborough Airshow last year. Airlines such asKLM, Helvetic Airways (Switzerland), Azul (Brazil) and most recently, PorterAirlines (Canada) operate the E195-E2.

The Phenom 300E and thePhenom 100EV that are on display at the Show reflect the popularity of theaircraft in Australia and across the globe. The Phenom 100EV offers thebusiness aviation experience in its purest form while the Phenom 300E sets thehighest standard of excellence in the light jet category.

In terms of performance,the new, enhanced Phenom 300E is even faster, capable of reaching Mach 0.80,becoming the fastest single-pilot jet in production, and able to deliver ahigh-speed cruise of 464 knots and a five-occupant range of 2,010 nauticalmiles (3,724 km) with NBAA IFR reserves. The Phenom 300 series is in operationin 36 countries and has accumulated nearly one million, eight hundred thousandflight hours. It offers the highest residual value of any aircraft in themarket.

Also, part of Embraer’sportfolio of business jets are the Praetor 500 and the Praetor 600, which withbest-in-class flight range, are the most disruptive and technologicallyadvanced midsize and super-midsize business jets, capable of continent-crossingand ocean-spanning missions, respectively.

On the topic ofsustainability, Embraer is committed to developing products, solutions, andtechnologies to contribute to the aviation industry’s goal of achieving netzero emissions by 2050. Embraer aims to be carbon neutral by 2040 and achievecarbon neutral growth from 2022. It plans to implement 25% sustainable aviationfuel (SAF) use in its operations by 2040 and 100% renewable energy sources by2030.
